Adhesives

For greater design flexibility, end-use performance and efficiency, manufacturers rely on adhesives.  Bond, attach or adhere thousands of material combinations such as rubber, wood, foam, plastics and metals.  To meet the demands of your application, you can choose between Structural or Non-Structural formulas.

Structural Adhesives

Structural Adhesives are high strength load-bearing adhesives that exhibit assembly strength comparable to welding.  They are designed to provide a minimum of 1000 psi overlap shear strength and often replace unsightly, cumbersome mechanical fasteners.  The bond is frequently stronger than the materials being bonded.

	Epoxy, Acrylic, and Urethane Adhesives Epoxy, Acrylic and Urethane Adhesives allow greater design leeway, alternative lighter weight materials, less machining and more durability.  Specialized formulas for high impact, creep, heat and environmental resistance or flexibility and void-filling. The hand held Duo-Pack format allows the adhesives to be easily dispensed and properly mixed to ensure performance.
	Instant Adhesives (Crazy Glue) Built for speed and performance; Cyanoacrylate (CA) is a great choice.  CA adhesives rapidly reach handling strength in 5-10 seconds and 80% of full strength in an hour. A single drop per square inch can bond many plastics, rubber, metals and more with tensile strength up to 5,000 psi.
	Polyurethane Reactive (PUR) Adhesives Easy-to-use and maintain, PUR moisture curing polyurethane adhesives combine the speed of hot melt adhesive technology with the performance of a structural adhesive.

Non Structural Adhesives
Non-Structural Adhesives bond a range of similar and dissimilar substrates wherever load-bearing strength is not required.  They are offered in a variety of formats and technologies to meet specific application requirements.
	Industrial and Contact Adhesives Available in environmentally friendly water-based formulas and traditional solvent based formulas, these high strength adhesives are industrial tools designed to provide innovative answers to a wide variety of bonding opportunities like foam, laminate and gaskets.

	Aerosol Sprays Job-matched formulations that work on paper, plastic, foam, metal, and more.  Aerosol Adhesives allow you to apply a controlled pattern to a large area with a wide range of performance and application characteristics for production and maintenance jobs.
